Shipping policy

Gelée offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 (continental USA).

 

Shipping options for orders under $75 include flat rate standard (3-7 days), express (1-2 days), overnight (1 day) and can be selected at checkout. Flat rate shipping costs are: $7.95 for orders $35 and under and $12.95 for orders $35+ up to $75. Separate standard flat rate shipping costs for Hawaii and Alaska are presented at checkout. Express and overnight shipping costs vary depending on location and are presented at checkout. For express and overnight shipping, the order must be received by noon ET (Mon-Fri) to go out same day. Expedited shipping orders placed after Friday at noon ET will ship the following Monday.

 

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours from purchase date. Delivery times vary by location and delivery options selected. A tracking code is provided via email. Email hi@geleegelee.com if you have any questions about shipping or need help tracking a package.
