1 box Passion Gelée

1 cup yogurt or coco whip

½ cup seasonal fruit

A drizzle of honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Make one box of Passion Gelée as instructed, pour into a square mould, and set in the fridge for two hours (up to overnight). Demould the Gelée and cut into squares, then layer a glass with yogurt, Gelée cubes, honey, and seasonal fruit. We love passion fruit, kumquats, and lime zest (stay seasonal, vary often).
Alternatively, whisk one packet of Passion Gelée with 6 ounces hot water, split between two glasses, and set in the fridge for two hours (up to overnight). Layer with yogurt or coco whip, finish with fruit and honey. If you’re feeling spunky, add a dash of shrub and a sprinkle of maldon.
