SPRING SALAD
INGREDIENTS

1 box Passion Gelée

1 handful of strawberries

1 head Castelfranco

EVOO
-
A pinch of salt

¼ cup micro basil

¼ cup torn mint
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk one box of Passion Gelée into 6 oz hot water, pour into a square mould, and set in the fridge for two hours. Once set, remove the Gelée from the fridge, cut in half depthwise and then into rectangles. Clean one head of Castelfranco and remove any damaged leaves. Mix olive oil and salt, then paint your greens. Garnish your salad with strawberries, torn mint, and micro basil.
