INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk one packet of Guava Nectar Gelée with 6 ounces hot water, pour into a silicone square, and set in the fridge for two hours. Cut Gelée and cheese into uniform squares. On a plate or tray, alternate one cube of Gelée with one cube of cheese. Our favorite cheese pairings are: goat brie, manchego, and sheep feta.
