Vanilla bean or coconut ice cream

Seltzer
INSTRUCTIONS
Make all three boxes of Gelée as instructed, pour into separate square moulds, and set in the fridge for two hours. Cut Gelée into cubes and place at the bottom of a glass. Fill the glass with a scoop (or two) of ice cream and top with selzer until it bubbles over.
