4 ounces hot water

2 ounces tequila or mezcal

Coco whip or classic whip

Maraschino cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk one packet Piña Coco Gelée with hot water and liquor of choice. Pour the Gelée into a tall sundae glass and set in the fridge for two hours (up to overnight). Once set, finish with a dollop of whip and a cherry on top.
