USING YOUR GELÉE MOULD

Lightly coat the mould with liquid coconut oil
Place the mould upright in the fridge
Whisk Gelée powder with 6 oz hot water until fully dissolved (we like using small glass teapots / spouted measuring cups or bowls)
Pour into the mould that's in the fridge
Alternatively, you can place the mould on a plate, fill and then place in fridge
Let set for 2 hours (sometimes it sets quicker - for a softer texture our founder Zoe likes it after one hour - perfect for parfaits, chef's kiss)
To remove from bundt and orb moulds, submerge in a hot water bath for 30 seconds
Flip over onto a flat surface (coated wax paper / cutting boarding)
Gently pull back the edges of the mould and slowly shimmy it off the gelée (the suction on the top should help with release)
Voila, Gelée!
